    Permits & contracts

    Approvals, licences, and a scope-of-works contract with a payment schedule.

    Site setup & foundations

    Site established, soil treated, foundations poured and tested.

    Structural frame

    Frame and slabs go up floor by floor, against the concrete pour schedule.

    Envelope & insulation

    The building is closed in: external walls, roof, insulation, openings.

    First fix services

    Mechanical, electrical and plumbing routed and pressure-tested.

    Finishes

    Ceilings, floors, walls and facades executed to the approved finishes schedule.
