Structural engineering

Structural design and construction supervision for master plans.

A master plan is developed into a buildable structural set: load paths, foundations sized to the soil report, and reinforcement details. Site supervision accompanies the works to confirm that what is built matches the approved drawings.

Construction management

The stages of construction project management, from setup to close-out.

Site works are run against a single programme and a single budget. This covers sequencing the trades, holding the acceptance points between stages, and issuing progress reports measured against the approved plan.

Finishing management

The stages of finishing and decoration management, through to acceptance.

The finishes specification is approved early, then samples and shop drawings are agreed with each supplier. The snag list is maintained as a working document until every item is closed and acceptance is signed.
